Dr. Vijayabhaskara Rao Bhaviripudi has been working as an Assistant professor since Jan 2024, at the Department of Physics, FCNMMA, Metroplotin Technological University (UTEM), Santiago, Chile. He received his Master (Physics) degree in 2007 from the Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh, India. In 2011, he Qualified for CRIR-NET. Between 2011-2013, Junior Research fellow at DIAT-Pune, india. Between 2013-2018, Obtained a Ph.D. from Defence Institute of Technology (DIAT-DRDO) Pune, India, Department of Physics, under the supervision of Prof. Sangeeta N Kale. He has been awarded a doctoral thesis entitled “Nanocomposites based on Fe3O4 and Carbon nanostructures for Electromagnetic Interference shielding and Microwave Absorption Applications" After Ph.D, he worked as a CSIR Research Associate as PI (Project No:31/11/(1042)/2018-EMR-I dt.17.04.2018 (Ack.No.364307/2K17/1) between 2018-2021 at CSIR-National Chemical laboratory-Pune, India. During 2021-2024, worked as a FONDECYT Postdoctorate Fellow as PI (Project No:3200452) at University of Chile, DIQBM, FCFM, Santiago, Chile, with Prof. Rodrigo Espinoza González, and dealing with device fabrication of energy storage devices like LIB, and supercapacitors.
